How I spent my Saturday..... for AJs teachers
So today is our garage sale. I'm sitting in my garage on the computer bored out of my mind - no one is coming by 
So I figured I'd share what I did for AJ school. Its teacher appreciate week. Monday is Apple for teacher and I volunteered to make personal sized apple pies for all 18 teachers.
I used disposable potpie tins I found with lids at the supermarket.
Here's the end result
hope the teachers appreciate the effort!

So would you be offended if this lazy mom doesn't send her daughter in with an 'apple themed' card/item? 'Cause mama's tired!
She's ONLY 2 (3 in august) haha
Tuesday I set up the masseuse who used to come to our office (yes, different story for a different day) to give each teacher a 10min massage. They want us to have the kids bring in something to help their teachers relax. Again. I think I'll pass.. I set up your massage isn't that nice enough?
Wednesday is Shower with Flowers, I'll help her make a tissue paper flower
Thursday is Our Teachers are Sweet - send in candy or fruit? Um...  Thinking of buying a Candied Apple if I can find one.
Friday is "I appreciate you" ugh .. now what? LOL
This is a TOUGH week! Hope ALL Teachers are appreciated!

wow! Sounds like a really busy week. I've never heard of this and I've been a preschool teacher for 5 years. What the heck? lol. I'm jealous. I think those pies are awesome and the teachers are so gonna LOVE them. That was really thoughtful of you.

I wish I was a teacher at your daughter's school - massages! That's awesome of you! In 6 years of teaching only 1 student has ever given me a card on teacher appreciation day

Wow....great job Ronnie! Same as above for me...I think I got a couple of cards (homemade) and maybe a flower for teacher appreciation day. Would have loved a massage or apple pie!

Nice job!!! I bet they taste incredible too!! And that is A LOT of work!
At Riley's daycare, they asked parents to sign up to provide breakfast, lunch and a dessert for every day next week. So I signed up Thursday to make chicken & egg salad for 24 people. Wish I beat everyone to the dessert options.
They also asked us to decorate these little flower cut-outs that they would post outside each classroom door, as a little 'garden' for the teachers, since they are the ones planting the 'seeds." Just realized I only took home three of them- her group has gotten larger, and now she has a third teacher.
And after all this I realized, I never got anything personal for her teachers. Better get to the store tonight!
