How long does the baby sleep in the bassinet?
DH & I are moving when our lease is up & LO should be 3 months old. I want to avoid getting any nursery furniture until we move. I don't want to have it delivered only to be moved in 3 months. I would like to just get the bassinet & I have closet space for all the clothing etc.

It depends on the weight limits on the bassinet. My kids both made it 3 months in the basinet.

abby was in her bassinet for 5 months! it was great and we were able to get a hand me down crib for the next few months we were in the apt. so we didnt have to get her nursery furniture till we got to the house... its not ideal but we felt the same way you did... ask around someone may have a hand me down you can barrow temporarily!

I moved my kids from bassinet to crib at about 3-4 months.
