How long does your 4 year old sleep?
Just checking in because DD seems to have shaved an hour or so off from her usual 12 hour sleep on school nights. Thankfully she's happy still so it seems on school nights she's getting about 11 hours. No nap anymore.

No naps and she sleeps about 10.5-11 hours a night. She has really never slept longer than that.

DD sleeps about 10-12 hours. She sleeps more on the weekends.

naps around 1.5 hours 3 days a week (at preschool) all other days no nap. On days he doesnt have to get up, he will sleep between 11-12 hours

Kaydyn isn't 4 yet, but she's been going to bed around 9pm and waking up around 6:30am, sometimes earlier. We tried putting her in earlier and she wouldn't end up falling asleep until almost 9pm anyway.

He goes in between 8-8:15 and wakes between 6:30-7.

10-11 hours. She hasn't napped consistently in over a year now. If she did, she'd be up until 10:00.

about 11 hours at night, but if she doesn't nap, could be closer to 12 hours. She still naps a good 4 days a week, for about 1.5-2 hours.

DS does not nap unless he falls asleep in the car and then I transition him to the couch where he will sleep for an hour or two. I usually get that once a week. He will not nap otherwise.
DS sleeps about 10-11 hours per night.

she still naps most days
goes to bed 7:30-8pm wakes up around 7

9-10 hours and sometimes naps at preK. But sadly if she falls asleep there, she will be up late  like tonight she is still up and says she is not tired.

i must have one of the last napping 4 yr olds! she naps for almost 2hrs...goes to bed by 8 and wakes at about 7, but doesn't get out of bed til 8-8:30am!
if she doesn't nap i am strict about seeing that she at least lies down for an hour for quiet time.
