how long is your toddlers bath time?
josh seems to get very prunie, very fast but i want to let him play more. just wondering how long you let your lo's bathe.

Pretty quick. The bath is the one time I turn into a paranoid freak about him cracking his head open.
I don't know why him being prunie makes a difference?

Probably about 30-45 minutes. She'd stay in MUCH longer if she had her way.
And lately she fingerpaints the bathtub and her body first,wth maybe 2 inches of water in the tub. Then we rinse, drain, and fill it up again for the real bath.
It takes the whole darn night but she has so much fun!

that's why i still use a blow up tub!
it doesn't make a difference but it seems the more prunie he gets/ longer in the water the drier his skin gets.

Pretty fast here too.
I put her in..she plays for a few minutes.
I soap her up. Rinse her off. Soap her hair. As I am washing her hair, we sing and play. I rinse her hair and her body again. We say goodnight to all the bath toys and are outta there. I dont give her many bath toys for this exact reason. I am a nervous wreck about my wiggly worm spliiting her head open too!

15-20 minutes. I hate sitting on the floor and try to make it as quick as possible. She would stay in there all day if I let her.

For my dd 20 mins at the most.
For my ds I try to keep it under 10 mins, and he only gets a bath every other day. He has severe eczema and weirdly water dries skin out a lot. His ped, allergist and dermatologist have all told me that.

5 minutes top.
He will play while letting me wash his hair and body then he is DONE!!!
He starts standing as he wants out.
So it's rush rinsing to get him out.

she stays in the tub for about 15-20 minutes....she would stay in forever if I let her, she always cries when I take her out....then looks at the tub and says, through tears "bye bye tummy (her way to say tubby)"

usually 5-10 minutes. he would stay in MUCH longer, but I don't seem to have that much time, especially with DD to take care of as well. I just got a bath seat for DD (almost 6 months) so I can bathe them together so maybe that will allow him some more time in the tub.

It could be as short as 10 minutes or as long as 30 minutes. I don't rush her out. Sometimes she is more in the mood to play in the tub than others.
