We both decided on one (He already has a 12yo daughter) If we have twins (and they run on both sides of my family so I am hoping) that would be great to. We are both 39 so we want to be able to enjoy our child and our retirement.

DH is ok with 2...I would honestly keep having them , I always wanted a huge family. I would be happy with 2 ( heck one at this point) but if emotionally and financially could afford it, would go for 4 maybe.

I told DH that I would have 5 or 6 now to which HE almost fell over. If we could have that many, I think he would really be in heaven. He so badly wants to raise children

Probably 2 or 3 depending on if the first 2 are the same sex or not. I would love to have 4 or 5 but I want to be able to financially support them.
