How many days do you use/throw out leftovers after?
Does anyone know how long you can keep foods in the frig as leftovers and safely reuse them? How many days later will you eat something you put in the fridge?

About 4-5 days.
I love leftovers and hate wasting food...
Don't go by me though - I've been known to leave a jar of sauce (can't make a sauce to save my life) in the fridge for like a month and then using it.

I won't eat anything over 2 full days old. DH would eat it 3-4 if I let him.
My brother-has no problem eating things 2 weeks old
