Same here. Give or take an hour or so for the morning nap (sometimes she naps 4 hours after waking).

Marron usually gets up around 8am, naps around 1-2 for 2-3 hours (so she's up for 5-6 hours) and then goes to bed around 10. Chat Icon I know it's late, but the way it works for us is best since I don't need to get up real early in the morning, but I do need to sleep for a couple of hours during the day since I work nights. If she loses that afternoon nap, I'm done!!

From about 6:30-12:30 and then 2:30-7:30

so six hours before her nap and 5 hours before bed

DD is 19 months old
