How many houses did you see before you found THE house?
we've seen about 8 houses so far, and has narrow it down to 3 towns that we like to live in....
I know it's silly, but wouldn't the RE agent get annoyed and unmotivated when someone sees too many houses, and have not find THE house?

Eight houses is nothing. We saw five or six but I think we're in the minority. Don't worry about the agent getting annoyed at you- he/she is working for you and will be well paid. Make them earn their money.

Ours actually did. She showed us like 10 houses that were so GROSS and out of the price range we told her. We went to an open house and found our house. We bought it from the agent at the open house so the sellers agent!

Around 40 - We went to a bunch of open houses, and we bought our house from the sellers agent
