Way too long. I'm a graduate of the Infertility board 
After a year of trying, unsuccessful rounds of Clomid, 4 inseminations we finally did IVF and now TWINS.
At my age and my PCOS I probably never would have conceived a child naturally.
Good luck I wish you a BFP real soon.

We weren't exactly "trying." We just wanted to throw caution to the wind and see what happened. I paid no attention to dates or schedules. It took approx. 2 months of that until we conceived.

1st pregnancy, it took over 1 yr
after my m/c, it took about 3 months

10 months. I had some fertility problems. PCOS and had to be on Clomid, only 3 months. Expecting in December.  Good luck

we were just "talking" about trying and a week later I found out I was pg. 
so I guess: 0 months
and I warn all my single girlfriends to be careful, because it could happen SO easily.

The first time we wern't trying but I had a m/c then we tried for six months then they put me on clomid and I got pregnent in one month due in April

with my daughter it took 3 months, with my second pregnancy it just happened on an oops. Just had a MS though so I hope we are lucky with #3.
