I think that our list is somewhere between 20 - 25 people including Secret Santa's and DH's families steel a Santa.

let's see..i am right now doing my list since i can't sleep and will start shopping tomorrow
Grandparents- restaurant certificate
Grandmother-outfit
Mother- skinny belt, michael kors bag
Dad- cashmere sweater, netflix, shirt
MIL- no idea
FIL- no idea
Sister- Designer sunglasses
Sister's Fiance- gloves,slippers,belt
Brother- Designer sunglasses
baby niece- ornament, walker, juicy sweatsuit
baby neices (twins)- ornaments, toddler ATVs
BIL and SIL-no idea
Rocky the Dog -ornamnent, sweater, pupperoni, bone, toy
Husband- PSP
2 baby second cousins- some sort of toys
4 bosses- coffee gift baskets
so in total
18 family
4 work people
1 animal
plus my ornament swap person and doggy secret santa both from LIF

my list is down from last year- my prevous boss and i used to exchange very expensive gifts- and i would also buy for his college age girls- thats $400-500 im saving right there....
also work people- we dont exchange at work, we just do secret santa
so down to 12
dh - will probably be a joint gift for the house

low 20s (but 4-6 of those will combine) AND I have cut off nieces who are 18+ (well I get them a $5 little nothing)
I make gifts for another 15 (secretaries and custodians and my aunts and some close cousins)

way too many!! Including teachers at school (although not a ton of $); DH's sales and service people; 9 nieces and nephews between us; 8 bothers and sisters between us; and both sets of our parents...

Just made my list and its at 40   I keep hinting about secret santa. I have definitely become a bargain shopper for the holidays because with that many people it gets out of hand.

I only buy for co-workers and this year it's because it's "expected" not because I want to.
My families do not buy for adults and kids over 13. We like to just get together for meals and togetherness. Makes for a more stress free and enjoyable holiday.

Usually it's between 20-25 people we buy for. But this year we canceled Christmas. We are only buying for our niece and 2 nephews. We are buying a house so we told our families that we are canceling Christmas this year.
