We buy for 8 family members & do kris kringle with friends so it's only one gift to buy. I'm glad our list is small, we couldn't afford to do much more.

I was just doing the math....
about 15 adults and 13 children -- so roughtly 28 people. But usually at the last minute we have to throw in a few for parties and stuff.

When DH and I first started dating, we decided that I would just buy for my family and he would just by for his (but it would be considered a gift from both of us). We still do that. So technically I only buy for my parents (im an only child) and DH. The kids don't buy for the adults (I'm still lumped into the kid catagory w/ my cousins) and the cousins don't buy each other anything.
