how many pounds of meats for party
I am hosting a holiday dinner party. I do not typically host for this large of a party (19 adults, 8 kids), so I have a bunch of questions. My first has to do with the main dishes. I will have apps and sides, but in terms of mains, I will have a roast beef, chicken cutlets, and sausage and peppers. Can anyone give me advice on how many pounds of cutlets and how many pounds of roast beef? Thanks!

I would say about 5lbs of roast beef and 5-6lbs of chicken. For chicken cutlets I would have at least 1 for each person and some extra just in case.
