How many pts????
I am going to cut up potatoes and bake them. Basically maing french fries. Should I just eat enough like eating a potatoe?

Yep - if I'm cutting up a potato to make fries, I count it as 5 points.

Weigh the potatoes and count PP based on weight. Also add if you plan to put any oil on them.

I buy the dole potatos in a bag and the nutritional info on the back calculates to 3 points for 1 medium potato.
I cut the potato then spray with Pam (olive oil flavor) and sprinkle with mrs. dash on both sides so it's not adding any points. French fries=3 points
