I have four friends that I trust with my life
two of them are my sister and cousin
I have several other friends that I go out with and talk with but its not the same as ones above....and of course my girls on here.....

"Real" friends, I'd have to say about 8, but that # includes my Mom, aunt, and hubby!!! Then I have 2 friends I grew up with, my SIL, and 2 other friends that I met when my daughter started school. Luckily this # is going up since I spend lots of time with the Mom's of my oldest dauhter's friends so we are all really close, but I just keep my guard up for a while until I see some true signs of friendship.

I have about five or six core friends that I speak to and can count on for everything. A few are members of this site
Then I have a ton of surface friends. Friends that I'm cool with, hang with once in awhile but don't confide everything in.
