How many servings of solids/day for a 6 month old?

I was doing a 1/2 jar of fruit in the am and 1/2 jar of veggie in pm. Then recently I started doing 1/2 jar of fruit in am and with dinner 1/2 jar of fruit AND 1/2 jar of veggie with rice.

Should i add in solids at lunch time bottle?

Ann gets 1-2 ounce servings of homemade baby food (so I'm not sure how much a 1/2 jar is) - one serving of fruit with oatmeal in the AM, one serving of veggies in the afternoon and another serving (but almost always a 2oz + serving) at dinner of fruit and veggie.

She was 6 months on Friday. She is also tiny so I'm not sure if it's a good comparison.
