Once if sweating (like this week) or usually 2-3 times. I have 6 that I rotate between.

3-4 times unless i sweat
i tend to wash the bras that i dont like and wear the bras that i like more times before washing

if i wear it all day, just one day... but if i just wear it to work and then in the evening after work (i wear sportsbras while i'm at work) then i may use it 2x

2-3 times unless they get sweaty. When I go horseback riding the bra is usually soaked so it goes in the wash immediately.
I used to have more bras. This reminds me that I should buy some more.
