how much did you feed your 2 month old

I give my ds about 4.5 oz of breast milk a feeding every 4hours. I know that each child is unique and one should let the child decide when its full. However my Anthony is never full and when I give him a little more he throws up. However now after each feeding he is pretty cranky. MAybe i am not feeding him enough.

Also by how much do you increase as they get older?.

my DD was on 5.5 oz. at 2 months old and i thought that was alot and my ped said that it wasnt and he was the one to tell me to increase her. He said to divide the baby's weight by 2 and thats how much she would drink. Im still skeptical about this.. b/c I think my dd probably weighs about 13 or 14lbs at 3-1.2 months old and she doesnt drink 7oz.. she drinks 6 and has been for the past few weeks. I decided to add rice cereal to her bottles instead of increasing her formula that usually gets dumped down the drain anyways. My DD also spits up.. or better yet.. throws up..and she still does this..and she still sucks down the bottle.. i dont get it. Is it something you are eating that could be giving your son gas? My dd was colic and would scream after her bottle..then i found out she was colic and needed hypoallergenic formula and that was the end of that.

Yah, I just called my pedi and am waiting to hear back from him. Its so horrible to just wach him cry, nothing helps. Only when he is eating or sleeping he seems content

i definitely can relate.. im going through this too for the past 2 days and im about to run away from home!
