How much did your DC weigh at 3 months??
We had our 3 month well visit today and
Thomas weighs 16 lbs, 12 oz!!!!! 
(fyi: he was born 7lbs, 6oz so he was pretty average)
He is in the 90th % for weight and at 24 inches, 75th for height!!
I'm a little concerned, but the ped told me not to worry since he will lose weight once he starts crawling/walking...
if your DC was on the high-end for weight, did they start losing it at about 1 year???

My DS was 12 pounds 15 ounces at his 2 month checkup. He was 26 inches long! We dont go back until he is 4 months for some immunizations.

My DS was 12 pounds 15 ounces at his 2 month checkup. He was 26 inches long! We dont go back until he is 4 months for some immunizations.
our DS were born the same day!
how much did your DS weigh at birth??
at 8 wks, tommy was 13lbs, 10oz

DS was like 12 lbs 3 oz and 24 inches long at his 3 month visit He has always been itn he 50th percentile for weight & height.
He was born 7lbs 3 oz

At DS 3 month he was 15 1/2 pounds and 24 inches..2 weeks later he was 16 1/2 and now at 4 months he is 17 1/2 pounds and 27 inches 95% for both..dr. said we are doing a fantastic job and that he's taking after my husband LOL

Birth: 7lb 1 oz (20.5 inches)
11 wks: 15 lbs 5 oz (24 inches)
At just over 6 months: 21 lbs 11 oz (27 inches)

DS was 7lbs 11oz and 20 inches at birth..at his 2 month checkup he was 24 inches & 14lbs 7oz..he doesnt go back until next week for his 3 month appointment...BUT he has been back to the doctor a couple of times (b/c he has been sick) and partially clothed he is almost 17lbs..so Im going to say he is about the same as your son and probably between 25 - 26 inches.
My eldest daughter grew like this in the beginning and take it from me they do really start to slim down once they start moving around...

My kids didn't have a 3 month appointment, they had 4 month appointments. My DS was born at 8 lbs 6 oz and 21 inches. At 4 months he wieghed 17 lbs and was 27 iches long. DD was born at 8 lbs 7 ozs and was 16lbs 12ozs 25 inches at 4 months old.
DD's weight REALLY slowed down when she started crawling at 6 months and walking by 10 months. Now at 15 months she wieghed 24 lbs and was 30 inches.

Wow! I have a peanut!
Christopher was 6lbs, 11oz at birth
At 11 weeks, he was 11lbs and at 5 months he was 15lbs and now at 6.5 months he is 16lbs, 1oz
