How much do custom cakes cost?
I'm thinking of ordering a small fondant cake for my SIL bridal shower. It is not going to be "the" cake. We're going to have a big dessert buffet, but I was thinking I would be nice to have a small, themed cake. How much would something like that cost? I live in White Plains if anyone can suggest someone in Westchester.

I know Lulu's in Scarsdale does custom cakes. I used to pass by the window everyday--they were beautiful. I haven't had one, but their food usually gets rave reviews.
I don't know how much they cost though. I think it depends on how complicated you get. We had a small custom cake made at a place in Brooklyn for a work shower & I think it was around $125.

Look up sweet temptations on fb she lives in nj but travels and is very reasonably priced
