How much do patios cost?
I'm wondering how much a patio installation would cost on Long Island.
If you had one installed recently, how much did you pay per square foot and what type of material did you use?
TIA!

Re: How much do patios cost?
We had a 14' by 35' patio installed with Nicolock pavers. They provided the pavers and did the demo for the old concrete patio. We paid $5,500 BUT - it was pre-season. We called the same guy back in August to extend the patio and the price was way more than that for a smaller area. Definitely try to get them in around March - April. That's when they need work and need to get jobs, so you'll get a better price.
ETA: The price also included a stoop with three steps.

Thanks for the info! Interesting to know about the season too. I'm hoping we can get it done in March/April!
