How much do you pay your alarm company per month?
We need to install a system at the new house and are wondering what the monthly bill would be. JUst trying to get some idea-- I know everyone has a different level of service.

It's about $75 for three months, but we just got three months free for giving a referral. They also just started a preferred customer program with a discount card that you can use at some of their commercial customers. They are working on building the list. The level of service is great - any time we've had a question (like the time our back up battery died) they were right there with answers. I would highly recommend them. PM me if you want info.

They don't really give you any information on what is covered under "standard" monitoring which was what they offered for that price. I'd be concerned that the only call "up to two" phone numbers if there is a trigger. That would be the home number first, then the first alternate. If there is no answer and the police are called are you just left to find out when you return home?
Our company will call the house, if there is no answer they call the police, then they start trying ALL the alternate numbers repeatedly until they reach someone to alert them of the breach.

You can call and get all the info you need. DH spoke to them over the phone and was happy with what they offered. They were recommended to me by my friends DH, who is a city cop. He told me that all the guys in his precinct use them.
