For my parents- $100+

For MIL- $80+

For my sister- $75ish

For my brother in law (my sisters hubby)- $35-40

For my brothers-in-law (4) and sister in law (1) (DH's siblings) and their wives/gf/bf/fiancees (4)- $35-40 each (plus they do a secret santa in addition- it makes NO sense but when DH and I said something we were accused of being scrooge's- so whatever). This year I may do "couple" gifts at around $50 each couple

For my cousins (only the 2 I babysit for)- $25 each

Secret santa between cousins on the other side- $35 is the limit, I'll probably go slightly over

My grandmother- $25

Office Secret Santa- $25

My godmother-$25

DH's aunt and uncle- $25ish

For all my other aunts/female coworkers- I will give them baked goods in reusable tins or bakeware

DH and I spend more on each other- probably $200+

I still have a WAYS to go!!!

This year, it's looking like this...

DH - around $500
My Parents - around $400
DD - I spent around $150-175
3 Adult cousins - Usually $100 each, but this year we are taking them to the Giants playoff game so I will probably get them scratch offs or something giants related that's really cheap
2 Grandmothers - $25 each
2 Baby Friends - $25 each
4 Kid Cousins - $20 each

This year:

Mom, Dad, MIL, FIL: around $150 each
BIL: $100
BIL's GF: $40
Aunts, Uncles, Cousins: $30-$40 (one was $60 but we chipped in with BIL)
Friends: Handmade pillows which cost about $15 to make
Secret Santa w/DH's friends: $25

DH and I spend about $200 on each other usually.
