How much do you tip summer recreation counselors

How much do you tip summer recreation counselors
There are 4 of them, they are all young (none can drive) 3 are counselors and one is an assistant, what would you tip? Thanks!

I'm doing $25 to the head counselor (there is 1) & $20 to the assistant for both kids.
When you say 3 counselors is this for 1 child?

yes, my son has 4 this year, i thinks its exsessive, but i guess thats what they felt was needed nomrally there is 2, (head and assistant), but this year there is so many, i wa thinking $20 each was a lot, and i don't want to give 3 of them the same amount and the oher one less

I would do $20 each then. I feel anything less than $20, they can't really get anything.
Plus it's the equivalent of 2 hours of their work.

they get paid for the summer (they are all middle school kids) and I think the assitant is a volenteer, but yeah, i guess $20 is good, thanks

Our camp "suggested" $50 to the group leader, I think it was $30 to the counselor, $20 to the counselors in training and $10 to the specials. Since dd only went part time I adjusted them down.
