How much do you tip the movers?
We are having a crew of three guys and moving about 40 minutes away. I need to give a good tip since they are moving me at night for no additional cost, but I don't even know what a "standard" tip is (assuming they do a good job.)

We gave our 4 guys $60 each. It was a lot but they did a FANTASTIC job & it took them about 9 hours. I called the moving company before hand and asked her what was typical though and she said $20 each but some people are really generous and give up to $100 each.... I think you should use $20 as the base and if they go above and beyone you can throw on a little on top of it. We have a ton of very heavy furniture and they got it to all fit in one truck, which saved us some money, hence the bigger tip.
