5 would be great; but 10 would be better but would never happen. LOL
Especially if I start weight training again, losing ten pounds would be quite unrealistic. Losing 5; then gaining 5 in muscle would make more sense. I already lost about 8 pounds and I know it was ALL muscle. Such a waste.

15 pounds will get me to my high school weight. 30 pounds will get me to what I should weigh for my height

I'd be happy with 20, and be thrilled to have 30 come off. I have started my routine and hopefully will see some real progress by the time I go to the beach for a week at the end of August!

I'm down 20 right now. I'd really love it to be 10 more than that but I know it's not a healthy weight for me.
So target is 25 total.
