How much does a professional family photography session cost?

Depends on what you're getting & the photographer. Some do mini sessions where you get less photos & it takes less time.

I'd say most photographers are at the $200-250 for the sitting fee. Then some change for prints, cds, etc.

I always find it amusing when people say how expensive professional photographers are but then they go to Sears & get photo packages that are more than what the professional photographer costs.
