How much does af affect your weigh in?
I did so well this past week. I truly tried not to cheat. I did use my extra points but thats what they are there for right? I was a little more active and I didnt cheat with one ounce of junk food.
But I got af yesterday morning. I weighed in tonight and I lost a pound. I am happy with even a pound BUT thought it would have been more. Can I chalk this up to af? How much does it usually affect your weigh in if you dont mind answering?

It can make my weight go up by as much as 5 lbs! Congrats on the 1 lb loss, and I bet next week will be even better!

The same thing happened to me! I have AF and weighted in today , only lost .2!!! and I followed the program exactly, so i was a little discouraged

I'm 2-5 lbs. heavier the day before AF. Any weight loss shown on that day means you're doing great!
