I think it's $150 to join but it has always been my experience that they waive half so say $75.
If you commit to sign up for a year the monthly charge can be $39-49 per month, depending on location. You can cancel at anytime but will charge $10 per month you used - so if you cancel your membership after 4 months, they will charge you $40. The cancellation fee maxed out at $60.
If you want a month to month contract, it will $10 more per month but their will be no cancellation penalty.
