How much does your 1 year old eat in a typical day?

How much does your 1 year old eat in a typical day. I am trying to feed DS all sorts of things but lately he is turning his face away to everything except Puffs and yogurt. Not sure if it's just teething or if I am somehow reinforcing his bad eating habits.

Please help!

i think you just have to start with the bottle before you give the puffs/yogurt so it forces them to eat it.

DS definitely eats less when he is teething, but he also goes in waves, some days it seems he is hardly eating and other days he eats a ton. He is small for his age and we are trying to get him to gain weight, but he won't eat much at a sitting.

He nurses 3 times per day.

For breakfast he usually has 1/2 a waffle or oatmeal (I make it w/ 1/8 cup instant oats, 1/4 cup soy milk, molasses and nutella) after breakfast he has 4 oz soy milk w/ 1/2 packet of carnation instant breakfast

Lunch is maybe an ounce of chicken and 1/4 - 1/2 an apple or 1/4 pasta with meat and sauce and some fruit, or 1/2 a toasted cheese sandwich and fruit, after lunch he has about 5-8 oz whole milk

he has a mid afternoon snack of crackers and 2-4 oz of yogurt

Dinner is whatever we are having, sometimes he eats a little and sometimes he eats a lot. After dinner he has about 5 oz of milk.

DD has good eating days and some days where all she wants is milk. She has been teething again lately very badly so she would rather drink than eat.
