How much evening primrose should I take a day? and how much red leaf rasp. tea can I drink a day?
Each capsule of EPO is 500 mg
As for the tea, I want to make sure there's not a certain amount you should drink before it's unsafe.

As for the tea, I want to make sure there's not a certain amount you should drink before it's unsafe.
not sure about primrose, but i was told to drink 3 cups of the RRL tea per day (i don't know if there's a maximum amount you should drink or not)

up to 4 cups a day I was told.... not sure if it's the maximum.
EPO 1000mg a day

not sure about epo, but i have 2-3 cups of rrl tea a day. i make it strong. 12 tea bags, 11 cups of water. bring to a boil and steep to cool, or even overnight. make sure the pot is covered. from there i pour it into a pitcher and keep it in the fridge.
