How much Folic acid are you taking?
I bought new multi vitamins the other day - they are actually PreNatals and there is 800mcg of Folic Acid included. I was going to take a 400mcg of Folic Acid as well but the pharmacist said not to that it was too much.
What do you think?

funny.. I have a similar question regarding the same thing. My One a Day vitamins contain 400mcg & then I went out and bought 400mcg of Nature's Best Folic Acid. We would be getting 100% of our daily value of Folic Acid with just one of those pills so I'm not sure what to do either.

400 mcg is the minimum.
I take a prenatal with 800 mcg.

I take 800 mcg a day, that is what my Dr recommend.

I do the sam thing. My MIL gave birth to a stillborn baby with spina bifida, so I'm nervous about it. My dr said it's okay.
