How much $ is a typical holiday photo session?
In either a studio or with one of the amazing photographers on here. Can anyone give me a ballpark? I've never had professional pics done of my babies and think I want to do it this year. We have a good family friend and I want to know what a typical fee would be so I can offer something comparable. I'm not asking for any favors. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Really looking for a few prints, and a CD. I want to make my own cards. TIA!

The going rate seems to be around $200-250 and up for the session fee and then additional for prints, cd, etc....

I recommend All Seasons Photography. Her rates are the lowest around and she provides a cd of all the photos taken and also edits some for you as well. She works within any budget you have. I'll be posting the photos she took of my DD very soon....although my DD was fussy, she was able to get some amazing shots of her!

i had a mini shoot for the holidays....it was 45 mins and cost $150. I upgraded my package in the end to include the all the picks on a CD as all the pics were amazing.

I know Kelly is available for shoots. She will e-mail you the best images to use for cards and then will send you the cd within a few weeks time. That's what she did for me b/c I was a little late in booking.
