How much main dish (pasta) for Christmas Eve?

I am going to make either Baked Ziti, Lasagna, Stuffed Shells or Manicotti for Christmas Eve.
There are 8 of us. 4 adults (2 big guys, 2 women) and 4 kids (11,6,5,2).
Is one package of either of these enough? I will also make meatballs and sausage, salad, bread so there will be other food.
Thanks :)

I would probably make sure there were 3 shells or manicotti per adult and 2 per child, well at least the older kids.

I think if you do ziti 2 pounds would be enough
