How much milk does your toddler drink? Anyone else's kid not love milk?
DS doesn't seem to like whole milk. I don't think he hates it but doesn't like it. He'll drink it if he is thirsty enough but he much prefers water and juice.
How much milk does your toddler drink compared to other beverages?
Anyone else's kid not like milk?
DH and I both don't like whole milk either. Can this be genetic?

I hate milk.
When we went from bottles to sippies, DS refused to drink milk. At all.
So we started using ovaltine and now he loves it. He will drink 2-3 cups a day and prefers it to juice.

DD doesn't drink milk. She is 3 y/o and hasn't drank it for at least a year and a half.
She SOMETIMES drinks chocolate milk, but not on a regular basis. We make sure she drinks yogurt drinks and eats cheese. Oh, and she'll have milk in a bowl of cereal a few times a week, too.

So we started using ovaltine and now he loves it. He will drink 2-3 cups a day and prefers it to juice.
Do you mix ovaltine with milk to make chocolate milk?
My mom actually used to make me banana and chocolate flavored milk when I was a kid.

em LOVES milk. if we could hook her up to a cow - she'd likely never stop drinking it. we actually have to LIMIT how much she has... it's the only thing she still gets in bottles...and when she sees us take out a bottle - she starts clapping...

DD HATES milk and will not drink it at all.
She is now 17 months and I still try, but she refuses, so I've given up.
She gets two yo-baby smoothies per day that we mix whole milk into and I supplement her diet with extra dairy.
She does not drink juice either.
She does drink alot of water during the day.

My DD is 20 months and since she switched to a straw cup a couple of months ago she refuses to drink milk. The only thing she will drink from her sippy is water. She will not even drink juice from her sippy cup. If she did I would get her the juice fortified with calcium and vitamin D. This concerns me because she is not getting the calcium, vitamin D and protein that she used to get. I have been giving her a yogurt every morning because it has similar nutritional value as milk. I also try to give her cheese each day. I am also going o start giving her a multivitamin.
My DS is 2 years and 9 months and he drinks about three 8 oz sippy cups of milk a day.

You may want to giver your DD children's vitamins with calcium. We give DS gummy ones and he loves them.

DD is not a drinker period - I am lucky if I get 10-12oz of milk a day and about 8oz of water/juice....

Thank you for the suggestion, DD does get vitamins every day since she doesn't drink milk.

My DD doesn't drink milk. Never did. After bottles she refused so she does water and juice. She's 5 and still kicking.

I'm going to offer whole milk only (no more formula) for the next few days. If he continues to reject, I will definitely add ovaltine!
