Well, he watches a fair amount. He is in daycare now, so obvi none during the day.
Probably an hour on weekdays and a bit more on weekends because I will put it on while he is playing so I can leave the room. I will say that he only watches what interests him, he doesn't like Little Bear or Franklin, so he doesn't look at the tv during them.

not a lot at all, once in a while i put on noggin (if i have to clip his nails LOL) or he will watch a baby einstein at my SIL (she watches him twice a week) but thats pretty much it. I do have the TV on sometimes in the background, when i am home with him during the day, but hes more interested in his toys and will only glance at it briefly and go back to playing.

Re: How much TV do you let your DC watch?
For DS we have Noggin on pretty much most of the day. But he's playing with his toys more than actually watching the TV. He does watch during his bottles and after while he digests..so I guess all in all he watches an and hour and a half per day..
My older girls watch far to much television. But it gets difficult to limit it b/c it winds up being on all the time. Each child chooses their TV time at separate times which winds up benefitting the other girls...they are in cahoots!!!!!!

When she's home all day with the nanny and it's too cold to go out - too much! But on the weekends she usually watches about an hour per day - maybe a little more depending on the day. Usually when I'm making dinner or trying to clean up, I'll put it on. The only show she really loves in the Wonder Pets.

Re: How much TV do you let your DC watch?
Unfortunately, DH and I are TV people so we often have the TV on. She watches it here and there depending on what show is on. She won't sit and watch a whole show of anything, unless it's one of her favorite Baby Einstein DVD's. There are a few that she just wants to watch over and over.....and over. Those I don't mind; she has learned so much from them.
<-----See my avatar......that's her watching Baby Einstein. Look how excited she is!!!
