I drink about 8 big glasses a day. Usually, no soda or drinks besides water.

I have to limit how much I drink because I only can go to the bathroom 2X during the day since I am a teacher....it really blows

for me - definitely not enough, maybe a pint and then other drinks like tea.
but it is absolutely possible to drink too much water. You can flush good stuff away by doing so. In fact my MIL's Dr. just advised to start adding salt to her diet because her levels were so low from drinking a huge amount of water every day. He also told her to cut down... it was definitely more than 64oz she was taking in.....
or even that crazy extreme case where the woman died from a radio station daring her to drink X amount of water?

4 or 5 glasses a day.
And that's only on days when I work out because I bring a bottle with me.
Most days probably like 2 glasses... I have to start drinking more.
