How much water do you drink per day?
I've been drinking 2 liters. Is this good for weight loss?

I drink 4-5 bottles of water a day, I believe each bottle is .5L

about 4-5 bottles, if it is plain water. more if i decide to add store brand crystal light to a bottle of water.
