I am not a good guage since I have yet to gain any at 29 weeks but your doc will tell you if their is a concern. In the meantime don't worry.
I was -13 lbs until about 18 weeks. From 18 weeks to 29 weeks I have gained 8lbs.
Unless your doctor says something, don't worry about it.

I gained 17 lbs. by 16 weeks!! 
I'm nervious my 20 week apt is next week and I think I'vwe gained like another 8!

If you doctor doesn't care, I wouldn't worry.
I am 16 weeks today and haven't gained yet and maybe down a 1-2lbs and can't figure that one out. I have my appt next week so see what my ob says. My belly is definitely starting to pop too and I am eating like crazy lately. I guess running after a 2 year old is helping!! I know it will catch up to me soon. The first time around I gained at least 7lbs by now!
