When I was getting weighed at the RE... that scale was always a few lbs heavier - but I had all my clothes on and it wasn't first thing in the AM which is when I weigh myself.
Seee...i tell DH this all the time. when i weigh myself in the am, im one weight. by the time i go to the dr. appt later that nite, im 5lbs heavier and they weigh me with clothes and shoes on. so its not nearly accurate.
he just laughs at me.

I gained 10 lbs. the first tri, but 7 of it was def water weight. I used to be on a prescription diuretic for medical reasons & I went off of it when I got my bfp - 2 days later I was up 7 lbs and couldn't wear my rings any more!!

nothing. not one single pound.
now at 16 weeks i'm up 2 pounds.
and i'm eating like a horse! i was this way with #1 as well--i gain all my weight at the end

not much...less then 5 pounds but I honestly don't even know. Now I am 6 months and I'm up 9 pounds. I actually heard that you gain the most in your last trimester, but I don't know how much truth there is to that!

Yes, it's good to be gaining if you're underweight. I was also a few lbs. underweight when I got pregnant and since I lost 3-5 lbs in my first tri, my dr. was a little concerned and if I didn't gain it back by 13 weeks he wanted to put me on ensure or something like that. By 13/14 weeks I had gained back the weight I lost and have been gaining steadily ever since.

By the end of my first trimester I had established a gaining pattern of about 1 pound per week which has remained throughout my pregnancy so far.

I'm 8 1/2 weeks but I've either lost a pound or am flat - not sure. Have been queasy which made eating harder but no actual difficulty keeping food down once I get it down. Sorry if that's TMI.
Anyway, all my pants are tight already and my belly is rounded - according to my books, the baby is only the size of a green olive, but my uterus has grown from the size of a fist to larger than a grapefruit, hence the rounding belly despite the lack of any real weight gain. HTH.

depending on which scale I go by I lost between 10-12 lbs. I have been really nauseous and I can only eat very little. But the weird thing is my clothes havent fit since week 6 and I definitely have a noticeable bump

I think I gained like 6-8 lbs with my DS my weight gain for my first pregnancy was terrible. I have to work harder on it next go around. Although I was on complete bed rest for 3+ months so I think that obviously had a lot to do with my weight-lying in bed ,feeling sorry for myself and eating marshmallows-hmmm?LOL  Ideally next go around I don't want to gain more than a pound or two my first trimester I don't know if I could get all that weight off again!

I was beginning to feel like such a minority gaining anything at all!. I'm exactly 12 weeks and up 6 lbs... and I started about 10-15 lbs overweight. but is it true that the first tri really ends at 13 weeks?

Last pregnancy I had gained 10 by the end of the 1st trimester, but I had to constantly eat not to feel nauseous.
Thankfully, this time I only gained 1 lb. during the 1st trimester.

I gained about 4 lbs the first trimester.
I'm at +14lbs @ 6 months now.
I don't go by the doctor's scale since it's end of the day & clothes are on. It usually weighs me in 3-4 lbs heavier.
I weigh myself at home in the am on the weekends. It's probably every two weeks or so, whenever I am feeling brave
