how much weight does baby gain in the last weeks?
I had my 35 weeks appointment today and the midwife estimated Baby's weight at about 6 pounds. She said he or she will probably be around 8 pounds.....
so is Baby supposed to gain about a half pound each week during the last month or so of pregnancy? I didn't think to ask while I was at my appointment. TIA!

Yeah.. the last month of pregnancy baby is supposed to gain half a pound each week.

The baby is supposed to gain about 1/2 a lb a week. We're supposed to gain about a pound a week.

My daughter is 30 w and the baby is measuring 3lb12oz.
