How often do you clean????

I mean REALLY clean.....likewashing windows cleaning out the fridge ??

what do you do with all the papers that come into the house?I feel like my house is soooo cluttered

Every Saturday...windows, too...but NOT the fridge...that's every few months! I wipe it down all the time, but take all the stuff out??? Every few months!

Once a week, I aim for after work so I don't have to do it on the weekends. I go through mail daily and throw out junk mail (recycle), put bills to be paid in a pocket of a folder, things to act on in the other pocket, things to file in another one. I clean the fridge weekly, but clean the inside of the fridge (taking it all out) every few months. It doesn't get THAT dirty.

We clean the entire apartment weekly. The windows DH does about once a month. The fridge I do about once every couple of months - I also agree, it doesn't get very dirty in there.

ETA: I have a little mailbox for papers or bills that need to be dealt with/filed. Every week or so I go through there and file the important ones. I do have a pile on my desk that needs to be shred as well.

I clean like every three days. And that includes bathroom, laundry and dusting etc. I do the window about 3 times a month, sheets every week. I have some OCD qualities so I dont do dirt well. Also all my furniture is dark wood, if I didnt clean as much as I do, it would be a huge dusty mess.

ETA: I dont take all the junk mail into the house, I toss it before I get in.

I only vacuum every other day.

The cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks. I ask her to do the fridge once a month and the blinds once a month. Windows I have her only do once a yr. On one entire side of our house we usually keep the blinds down all the time anyway

I've never cleaned my fridge. It doesn't get dirty, or at least not to me.

Total overhaul = 1 per month
Regular duties like laundry, mopping, vacuming, scouring bath rooms etc = every weekend.

General straightening up = everynight.

inside for windows-every two weeks

outside for windows-twice a year (beginning of the summer/spring and then again for end of summer/fall)


fridge: clean every month. I'm actually crazy for a clean kitchen and bath. Saturday night I detail cleaned my living room (ie dust all little frames, candles, etc). Took coushins off couch, vacumned each, moved all future, vacumned behind it all, etc).

I straighten out every night, vacuum and swiffer every two days, clean every week, windows every 2 weeks, the refrigerator I wipe down every week.

DH cleans like there is no tomorrow every weekend. I leave to do the grocery shopping and I come back and find the house immaculate - bathrooms, kitchen, etc

I am cleaning ALL the time.

Windows and blinds, 2x a year for deep cleaning inside and out. Windex on the glass panes when my kids get thier snots all over them

The fridge is cleaned out every time we do a big grocery shopping, so every 10 days to 2 weeks.

I change the sheets every week.

the bathrooms are cleaned each day after use, but cleaned heavily each week.

I vacuum every other day.

The kitchen floor is an ongoing project with my 2 kids. No matter how I clean it, it never stays clean long!
