Dirty bathrooms, windows, or doors. I think my house is pretty clean, I vaccum everyday, dust once a week and clean the bathroom 2x a week.

I hate dingy towels that you wonder when it saw a washer and dryer last. And dirty kitchens. I don't like to eat food from a house if the kitchen is disgusting.

I cleaned from 8 am-2 pm today  the entire house is really clean.
What grosses me out about other people's:
mold and mildew in bathrooms
pet smells
dust
a lot of paper/piles of newspapers- roaches love that
garbage overflowing/smelling
disgusting fridges
smoke or smoke stained walls, etc.
stained carpets

Honestly, your house would have to be a complete trash hole to really gross me out. I don't expect anyone's place to be perfect.
And for those of you who are turned off with dog hair, you had better never come to my house. I try to keep up with the vacuuming, but I've got a husky and I don't have the time, much less the desire, to vacuum every day.

One litter box is down in my first level bathroom. If I know I'm having company it is changed. As long as it doesn't smell or look dirty I don't see a problem but I could see a person who is not a pet person being put off by it.
For me if the house smells of an animal that is the worst.

We have ours in the basement, she has a cat door to get up and down.
My friend lies in a Levitt house, no basement and she has a cat door on a closet door and the litter box is in there.

We were at friends for dinner and it reeked. I wanted to throw up. ICK.

In our last house it was in the basement. Right now it's in the garage but we have to move it to the laundry room (not my first choice) but the dog is eating the cat poop and gets all irritated down below from it. Can't block the dog from the garage because that's where her doggy door is.

remind me near to invite anyone over to my place.
I have a litterbox in the bathroom by the way....No basement, SURE AS HELL aint sharing my closet with a litter box ...and cannot for the life of me see whats wrong there with it being in the bathroom???
I dont notice too much, just when a house is dirty dirty, like sticky counters, food stains on the floor. Food uneaten in living areas anywhere skeeves me.
