It's supposed to be 1x a year, that's what insurance covers and what is recommended.

I used to go Once a year for everything - physical, internist, derm, eyes, etc..dentist 2x a year.

Now it's more often for blood work due to my thyroid, high triglycerides and IF

For wellness visits:

PCP - 1x a year
OB/GYN- 1x a year
Cardiologist - 1x a year for a full check up, 2x a year to monitor my blood pressure (I had heart surgery as a child, so I am followed more closely as a result)
Eye Doctor - 1x a year (I have terrible eyes)
Dentist - 1-2x a year for a cleaning/check-up

never. not covered by my insurance (ghi) until im 49 or some other absurd age.

I see my "team" once a year and some "team members" more than others.

My team includes my regular Dr, my GYN/OB, and my Endocronologist (he's the one I ususally see more than once a year).
