How Often/Drastically do WW books update/change points?

I have a current basics book (thanks Juney) and I have a very big Food Companion book that's two years old. Do you think I need to get a new one? Do points values seem to change?

Re: How Often/Drastically do WW books update/change points?

From 2 years ago, it probably hasn't changed that much. If it were older, it might have changed slightly because they use to let you count more than 4 grams of fiber on the slide rule. So higher fiber foods were lower in pts. Now, the max fiber is 4 grams.

Is it sad that I have been doing this so long that I know that? Chat Icon

Don't feel bad - the first time I started WW - there wasn't even the points system yet.Chat Icon

Same here - did you do the exchanges (# of proteins, dairy, breads, etc.) or do you remember that fat and fiber program they had a while back?
