How old for jogging stroller?

DH and I want to start trying to get more exercise and I figure the best thing to get for Zach is a jogging stroller. How old do they have to be before they can go in this? Thanks.

I think birth up for walking and 6+ for jogging.

That is what my BFF told me, she has a BOB and can't jog with it just yet b/c her DS isn't 6 months yet.

I think they need to have very good neck control.

I remember reading the recommendations are 6 months plus Of course, I'm the last person who would know anything about jogging or a stroller for such

Anything I have read has been 9-12 months, but I started at 7.5-8 m (we had great neck support) and ped said that was fine.

DS is 3 months old and I tried him in it this weekend. He has great head support and im not running at a fast pace. Mostly walking or slow jog. He isnt going anywhere. The back reclines so he is practically laying down and he gets buckled in like a harness.

We waited until 6 months and then she started to hate it by 9 months

Mine was good for newborn - Cailen was in it right away!!! I have the Phil and Ted...
