How old is your babysitter?
I'm going to start having someone babysit for us so DH and I can go out occassionally. I'm not sure how old I should hire? I've got a ton of people to choose from in my subdivision...but what age would you make your cutoff? Jack is 2 and Molly s 3 months. Molly is a super easy baby and Jack is well behaved.

when I started to babysit I was 13 for infants and toddlers but my parents also lived 2 houses down.
