I really want to start both my DC in music early.
What is the appropriate age to start piano lessons?

My old instructor wouldn't teach kids younger than 5.

My friend who is a music teacher and has been playing the piano since he was young said no younger then 5.

Thank you for asking this question. DS loves his little piano and all instruments. He'll only be 3 next week so I have a couple of years to see if he keeps his interest
