How old was your DC
I don't like to fly. DD1 was 3.5 and DD2 was 19 months. But I know people who flew at 4 weeks and 6 weeks. I would tell them to visit you. So much easier for them to travel than for the 3 of you.

2 1/2 months and it was so so easy! I have two older kids 3 and 4yrs) and she was by far the easiest lol

9 weeks for DS1 11 weeks for DS2
my parents have a house in florida, so we went while on maternity leave both times

I think she was ten months. I would have been comfortable flying with her at any point past 6 months.
