I tried to keep him on a schedule from day one. I made sure he ate at about the same time each day (unless he wanted more) I try and put him in his crib at the same time each night. I think the earlier you try the easier it will be. He knows when the highchair is out its for food. He sits every morning in it for his breakfast, everynight for dinner with us. Its just force of habbit. Try and keep whatever routine you have steady. Not to say There aren't days and nights where it all goes out the window.

I have been doing the same thing, and especially creating a bedtime routine. We take a bath, put on jammies, get a bottle, read a book, and sleep..

I am wondering at what point we put them to bed earlier.... do they just start sleeping earlier? She is going to be 6 weeks on Thursday, and takes her last bottle at 10 pm
