How old was your DC when you first started using the City Mini?
I tried it yesterday for the first time and I didnt feel comfortable. He is 4 weeks today and I felt like he was swimming in it and he was getting his arm out of the strap. How does he need to be strapped in- clip at highest or lowest, etc?

I think DD was around 8 weeks when we put her in here and there and consistently was in that stroller at around 4 months. We started with the straps at the lowest level and have moved up as she's grown.

I had the JJ Cole body support and I was still a bit weary...I guess I'll wait another few weeks.

About 8 weeks also. Before that, just the snap & go.

somewhere around 4 weeks. He swam in it but was fine and comfortable. He fell asleep in it so he must have been fine.

I'm mostly using the snap and go, but the sidewalks and streets near me stink! I'm going to have DH check it out and see what he thinks.

we tried it around 4 months but it was too early. Now at 6.5 months, I still feel that DS is too small for it. He sits so far back in it.

so what do you use? I have the Maclaren, but that's not so good on the sidewalks either...
